Sex is everywhere. And it can be so easy to fall into the trap of masturbation, lust, and sexual impurity. God does expect us to remain pure, to rely on His Spirit and to develop self control. This teaching can start you onto a path of purity and living up to the standard God has set before us. Find someone you trust and go through these passages together, because accountability is crucial when it comes to sexual integrity.

Pornography and the opportunity for lust is everywhere. Twenty years ago you had to make a big effort to get a hold of pornography. Now it can be accessed with the click of a mouse or the click of a TV remote. It is so easy to fall into the trap of masturbation, lust and sexual impurity. Does the Bible have anything to say about these topics? What are God's thoughts about how to treat one another? The Bible doesn't say much about masturbation, but it does provide some clear principles about sexual purity and lust. If you decide to make a change in this area, the best thing you can do is tell someone about your struggle. It makes it way easier to defeat.

But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
