MESSAGE!!!
A Christian
worker is a born-again child of God and a steward that controls God’s resources
and possessions. Being a steward is a very important job in God’s ministry and
the Lord Jesus expects them to be responsible and keep good record of their
activities (Luke 12:48) you are responsible for what you have been given.
1) The
gifts, talents and skills we have are to be used to develop God’s kingdom. You
have to develop and improve on it as you will give a report on how you have
used it. (Romans 2:6, 1st Timothy 4:14).
2) Don’t
let your talents makes you proud but be humble, respect and obey your leaders
and fear God. Remember, it’s a gift from God.
3) Do
not see it as an opportunity to make money, be famous or please people. Do it
all for God and He will reward your work of love.
4) Whatever
you have to do, do it with all the strength in you (Ecclesiastes 9:10). Don’t
be lazy, be very hardworking and committed to it (Romans 12:11)
